S4VISION SERVICES AGREEMENT

This S4Vision Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on this date _5/19/2024 12:17 AM_(the “Effective Date”) between Software 4 with a place of business at 616 13th St Aurora NE 68818 (“Company”), and the Customer listed below (“Customer”). This Agreement includes and incorporates the prior completed form, as well as the reviewed and agreed upon Terms and Conditions and contains, among other things, warranty disclaimers, liability limitations and use limitations. There shall be no force or effect to any different terms of any related purchase order or similar form even if signed by the parties after the date hereof.
